The Sales Representative will be responsible in Norway and Sweden of the commercial aspects and the dealer network management of the EVG boat brands of the Brunswick Boat Group which are the QUICKSILVER, UTTERN, BAYLINER and HEYDAY brands. That will also include the treatment and follow up of the dealer’s commitment and orders. This will involve working with current and potential dealers to drive profitable market share growth. Also, the role holder will work effectively to harness the support and collaboration of the Brunswick teams in sales administration, marketing, credit management and the after sales. Finally, the Sales Representarive will involve some participation in the development of new products and marketing strategies.


  • Manages the dealer network by helping to identify and drives improvements in retail performance through improvements in merchandising, local marketing and CRM.
  • Identifies and solves issues with the dealer that are affecting retail performance, profitability or customer satisfaction and where appropriate, drive corrective actions with the support of the other Brunswick teams (Sales Admin, After Sales, Marketing etc).
  • Takes the orders in accordance with the goals and be accountable for his sales results. Organizes sales planning and liaises with the Brunswick Demand Planner to allocate orders to the production schedule.
  • Responsible for the dealer development for the assigned territory, including the MTA (Marine Trade Area) analysis: identifying where the regional strengths and weaknesses are and formulating plans to strengthen the network.
  • Implements dealer network changes: by evaluating prospective new dealers, from a retail, service, financial viewpoint to determine whether the dealer has the strengths required to operate effectively for the brand(s).
  • Manages the dealer wholesale commitment process, to maximize wholesales into the dealer, whilst properly taking account of dealer inventory.
  • Actively promotes the brands to new and prospective dealers, to motivate and drive dealer interest and desire for the brands.
  • Supports marketing in terms of local language proof reading, boat shows organization and press test.
  • S/He will promote local marketing initiative to develop retail sales with its dealer network.
  • Treatment and follow-up of the dealers’ orders.
  • Be the point of contact for our customers in the assigned territory: answer to the information requests; first level technology questions and product availability and pricing; emission of quotations when required.


You are a bright creative and talented individual who enjoys working with some of the world's greatest brands in an environment that blends cultural, multi-lingual with :

  • Some years’ experience in a sales function, preferably in durable consumer’s goods sold within an independent dealer network in the country
  • Business-to-business experience
  • Knowledge of leisure marine marketplace/ boating industry

  • Knowledge in competition law
  • Legal standards / emissions
  • Competitor Knowledge
  • Good general computer skills (including MS Office suite)
  • Swedish or Norwegian as native language - English fluently spoken and written
