The Regional Sales Manager Sea-Ray will seek to maximize the sales and profits for Sea Ray Sport Boats & Sport Cruisers in the primary area of responsibility in line with agreed forecasts and budgets.


  • Identify where the EMEA regional strengths and weaknesses are and formulate plans to strengthen the dealer network.
  • Manage a dealer network by helping to identify and drive improvements in retail performance through improvements in merchandising, local marketing and CRM, to maximize sales and profits.
  • Have daily contact with dealers in the assigned territory via telephone and e-mail as well as visits to maintain the pre-set sales goals and to drive increasing brand loyalty and sales.
  • Identify and sign new dealers in open territories.
  • Assist where needed with dealer functions, such as boat shows, Dealer Open House, Sales Training schools, etc.
  • Work on goals such as Sales Targets, Annual Planning Targets and Orders.
  • Answer dealer inquiries on boat specifications and boat orders – follow up production planning and communicate changes if necessary.
  • Communicate between dealers and other functions within Sea Ray and Brunswick Boat Group departments like Order Administration, Finance and Customer Service.
  • Handle dealer requests for order confirmations, invoice edits, open order reports, dealer forecast status reports, in-production notices, etc.
  • Monitor and report Market Retail activity, market Wholesales activity and macroeconomics data from the area.
  • Create and issue reports with management information on market, competition, commitment status, incentive reports, retails sales, dealer inventory, competitive information on product and pricing, etc.
  • Manage end-to-end communication via letters, emails, etc. in the assigned territories and keep records of the clients’ information.
  • Work closely with the EMEA and US teams to report out on progress, projects, challenges. Report out to the GM.
  • Manage and coordinate Sea Ray NL boat shows in countries in scoop.


You are a bright, creative, and talented individual who enjoys working with some of the world's greatest brands, in an environment that blends cultural, multi-lingual, and ethnic backgrounds, with:

  • a University Degree in business, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in marine industry
  • up-to-date knowledge of the boating business and competition analysis
  • well-organized, self-motivated, assertive, tenacious by nature, and flexible
  • excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • demonstrated interpersonal skills with an ability to resolve issues quickly and effectively
  • ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time with ease by employing strong organizational skillsaAbility to travel for >50%, sometimes also during weekends
  • ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision
  • proficiency in PC-based software including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • strong written and oral English language skills required. Any other European language is a great asset.
