The P&A Pricing and Business Intelligence Manager is responsible for proactively managing the strategy, analysis, and tasks related P&A pricing for the EMEA market with the overall objective of building a consistent and competitive structure across regions, channels, and product categories to facilitate sales and profit growth. S/He will lead data analysis for the P&A business to support cross functional alignment with sales, supply chain, and finance and insure consistent and efficient availability of information to support the business


  • Establish and execute the pricing strategies for P&A products in coordination with P&A Product Managers and in alignment with the associated Finished Product strategies. Attention will be given to the competitive market, sales channels, cost, and currency evolution.
  • Lead data analysis for the P&A business to support business initiatives and cross-functional improvement opportunities such as demand and financial forecasting, sales opportunities, and new business development.
  • Develop and deliver mobile-enabled and intuitive data visualizations, grounded in robust data analytics. These business intelligence tools will allow sales teams and leadership to keep a close “pulse on the business” and enable strategic decision-making.
  • Develop processes and procedures to support the sales process and participate in the development of requirements for sales support systems.
  • Lead annual (or as needed) pricing process to maximize profit for the business while maintaining competitiveness and market positioning consistent with our brand.
  • Support price maintenance as needed and in a timely manner.
  • Identify and implement pricing structure and process improvements to simplify the business and reduce errors.
  • Define and implement a complete set of KPI’s which allows to monitor sales, margins, cost variation and price harmonization.
  • Lead and/or support initiatives with supply chain and finance teams to develop business intelligence and forecasting tools and processes to improve forecast accuracy and business planning activities.
  • Actively participate in specific ad hoc projects to support business needs.


The ideal candidates are bright, creative, and talented individuals who enjoy working with some of the world's greatest brands, in an environment that blends cultural, multi-lingual, and ethnic backgrounds, with:

  • Min. 5 years’ experience in an organization which maximizes revenues from sales of organization’s products and/or services through a base of reseller partners like dealers, value-added resellers, distributors or retailers.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with the ability to identify and communicate key information in an easy to understand way
  • Ability to operate in an international environment, cultural awareness and geopolitical knowledge
  • Fluent in English, other European languages highly desirable
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, PowerBI, and other analytical tools
  • Knowledge of all the company Policies and Procedures defined in the BC One database relevant to the Brunswick division
